What this is

Rate That Bathroom is a crowd-sourced directory of public bathrooms, provided as-is. We don't guarantee any bathroom listed is open, clean, accessible, or actually a bathroom. Use your judgement.

Acceptable use

• Be honest in your ratings and comments.
• No harassment, doxxing, slurs, or content targeting individuals or groups. We'll remove it.
• No promotional spam (fake ratings to boost a business, paid placement, etc.).
• Don't add bathrooms that aren't real or aren't available to the public.
• Don't scrape or automate against the API.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of ratings, comments, and bathroom additions you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on Rate That Bathroom (web + native apps).

Accounts

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

Liability

Rate That Bathroom is provided “as is”. We are not liable for anything that happens because you relied on data you found here. That includes you not making it to a listed bathroom in time.
